Sean Speer is an instructor and fellow at the University of Toronto’s School of Public Policy and Governance. He is also a research fellow at public policy think-tanks in Ottawa and Washington. Sean has written extensively about Canadian public policy issues, including income inequality, social mobility, and taxation and government spending. He previously served as a special adviser to the Right Honourable Stephen Harper with a particular focus on economic and fiscal policy.
